Is the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School pastry program good?
i think i want to be a pastry chef. is the program for pastry chefs at le cordon bleu any good? How much money do pastry chefs make? Has anyone been to Le Cordon Bleu and thought it was a great experience ? please answer and thanx .

Can you be a pastry chef if you're lactose intolerant?
I want to be a pastry chef, but I can’t eat too much dairy in the day, or I become nauseous. I know you have to try a bit of the recipes you make, sooooo… Is it possible or am I gonna be sick?

What should I do about this Pastry Chef Job?
Hi! So I’m nervous because I was just i guess hired for a pastry chef position at a restaurant. The thing is I usually bake for fun once in a while. How to Become a Pastry Chef/Baker?
I would like to become a baker and would like to know of any good schools to go to for pastries and business and how long it would take to go to school to become a pastry chef. I would prefer an experienced pastry chef’s answer but whatever answers will probably suffice.
