How to Become a Pastry Chef/Baker?

I would like to become a baker and would like to know of any good schools to go to for pastries and business and how long it would take to go to school to become a pastry chef. I would prefer an experienced pastry chef’s answer but whatever answers will probably suffice.

Help with this math problem please?

The instruction manual on the industrial oven suggests the oven temperature will increase by 45 degrees Fahrenheit per minute. When the oven is initially turned on, the temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit. What will the temperature of the oven be after 7 minutes? Write an expression and explain how you arrived at your answer.

i want to become a pastry chef but i cant draw?

i wanted to know whether it matters if i could draw or not to become a pastry chef or what qualities are needed to become one?
Also has anyone ever attended le cordon blu? what is your rating on it
