I have recently felt the need to get into shape.
I have started a daily routine.
Im not overweight, but not ready for summer.
Im 18 and weigh 170 pounds and am 6 ft. 2in.
My first meal plan consisted of:
Breakfast
2 hard boiled egg whites
1 cup oatmeal (nothing added)
half cup of vanilla yogurt
Snack
chocolate protein bar
Lunch
Romaine let-us salad (green peppers, tomatoes, 1 egg white, greek vinaigrette)
Granola bar
1 mozzarella string cheese
Snack
Mozzarella string cheese
1 pear
Dinner
1 boneless/skinless baked chicken breast
fresh green beans
mashed potatoes (no butter)
Snack
Vanilla yogurt w/Granola
Does this sound good, and should I continue like this?

And also I do rock climbing 5 days a week for an hour.
Is this right?
Any suggestions, comments, criticisms, etc would be greatly appreciated
