If you were/are a guy would you like this present?

My boyfriend’s birthday is this week and I’m going to go to college to be a pastry chef so I enjoy baking things and decorating them and he knows this. I saw this cute little idea of a "cupcake bouquet" on youtube. It’s a flower pot with a styrofoam ball in it and you do two toothpicks per cupcake and pipe flower designs on it and place the cupcake through the toothpicks. Here is the video if you want to see what it looks like: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-iVY2DyU6g of course I would do more professional flowers on it with actual pastry tools. But, who doesn’t like cupcakes.. they are even better when put together in a crafty way like this. Then I was going to do a card that ends up spelling out Brittany hearts Collin forever and write B is for the way you ____ and underline the B until it spells that sentence out.. just an idea what do you guys/girls think?

Will Bleach get rid of this cat Pee smell on carpet?

My cat sprayed on my carpet and it had a really bad smell and nothing got rid of it! So for about 2 months I have been trying to remove the smell with baking soda, professional pet odor remover, vinegar, and coffee grains… The smell mosty went away but you could still smell it. It didn’t seep in the carpet because it wasn’t direct pee. It was a spray… All the products would work for a little like a day but then the smell would come back. Now I smell the Nasty baking soda (it was the scented arm and hammers kind) and a little tiny tiny bit of pee when I get down on my knees and sniff the carpet. Before I left for my dads yestardy I finally tried bleach, my carpet is light so it didn’t stain… And I finally couldn’t smell anything… Even the bleach smell went away… The question is does bleach really remove these smells or is it just a cover up?

Softening agent for wheat dough?

As a baker myself, I used a fingertip of a special margarine (in Sydney.au, called "New Era") to soften and smoothing out (otherwise strawy (dry or rough) doughs) for Pizza, Tea Cakes fine yeast doughs (such as Kuchen, Danish Pastry) etc.
Now that I’m retired, I only do some "home baking" and lacking all the magic aids of modern bakeries and pastry cooking. Thus, my question is: How can I do it all without it? How can I soften the yeast dough? I might try adding soya flour or egg yolk? The same problem I have got with sponge making: We used "Supa Whip" or Bakels products and sponge flour… Without it the sponge turns out pretty "wiry or strawy". I doubt a non-professionals are able to help me… Thx anyway for trying. :)
